Zoinos Winery at VorOina Thessaloniki 2026

Bringing the wines of Zitsa and the distinctive wine identity of Epirus to Thessaloniki, Zoinos Winery will take part in this year’s VorOina, the major wine exhibition organised by the “Winemakers of North Greece” association.
The event will take place on Monday, October 19, from 14:00 to 21:00, at the Makedonia Palace Hotel, once again bringing together wine lovers, industry professionals and everyone wishing to discover the richness and diversity of Northern Greece’s vineyards.
Based in Zitsa, Ioannina, Zoinos Winery will participate as part of the Wine Route of Epirus, offering visitors the opportunity to discover its wines and, through them, the distinctive character of one of Epirus’ most important wine-growing regions.
At VorOina, winery stands are organised according to the wine routes of the “Wine Roads of North Greece”, allowing visitors to explore and taste local grape varieties and different wine styles from the diverse terroirs of Northern Greece. The exhibition will feature white, rosé and red wines, including orange wines, still, semi-sparkling and sparkling wines, dry and sweet expressions, as well as wine and grape-based spirits.
The exhibition will also feature a programme of side events, including a masterclass on the art and technique of proper wine service, an open discussion on vineyards as destinations and the success story of the Wine Roads of North Greece, as well as an interactive workshop on the basic principles of wine tasting. Visitors will also have access to themed tasting tables featuring award-winning wines and spirits from the 26th “Thessaloniki Wine & Spirits Trophy”, along with iconic labels from members of the “Winemakers of North Greece” with more than ten years on the market. Participation in the side events is included in the general admission ticket.
Tickets can be purchased online through the Viva/More platform until 20:30 on the day of the event, October 19. The advance ticket price is €12, while students can purchase tickets for €8 upon presentation of a valid student ID.
Tickets will also be available at the event entrance, priced at €15 and €10 for students. The ticket includes a special wine-tasting glass. Admission is free for professionals from the hospitality and wine trade sectors, as well as for journalists, upon presentation of professional credentials or registration of their details.
