Wine semi- dry or semi- sweet

Table Wine in three variants in semi type of White-Rose-Red and Sweet Rose, each packed in wineskins of 5, 10 and 20 lt each. The different varieties are vinified separately, by adding a selected yeast in INOX tanks, with controlled temperature conditions. Then they are mixed to achieve the final blends. Cool and elegant, these wines that come in a bag in the category of Voroinos, are worthily compete the bottled wines and are considered by fans as the best Greek wine in wineskin.

Debina- end of September until mid- October, Vlachiko & Bekari – first fortnight of October, Agiorgitiko & Roditis – end of September.
Pre-fermentation at low temperature. These varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and short maturation to fine wine- lees.
Impressive and elegant aromas of white and red fruits give cool and round wines with aromatic intensity harmony and a balanced acidity.
Debina- end of September until mid- October, Vlachiko & Bekari – first fortnight of October, Agiorgitiko & Roditis – end of September.
