Soil: Calcareous soils with steep slopes, which provide them with good drainage.

Altitude: 550-700 m

Pruning: Vertical Shoot Positioning (VPS) single royal

Yield: 900 kg/ha

Red vinification takes place. The fermentation continues and is completed during the spring as the temperature raises. The second fermentation is held in sealed tanks under controlled conditions where CO2 is produced naturally. The wine then stays inside the sealed tank with its lees for 4 months, in order to get richer in terms of body and aromatic complexity.

Brilliant cherry colour. This crispy, elegant rose displays strawberry, blueberries, cranberries, along with stony aromas and is characterized by freshness and vivacity.
