Grapes are handpicked early in the morning, transported in small baskets and are then chilled in 8-10o C in a pneumatic press. The winemaking follows the tradition of the region of Zitsa, where the marc is fermented with the must with indigenous yeasts at low temperature, for 40 days. The above process results in the particular orange color of the wine and pronounces the varietal aromas of citrus, orange and bergamot. A small oxidation takes place. The wine stays with the fine lees for 6 months.
Amber color with aromatic complexity. Aromas of dried fruits, marmalade, citrus, orange, bergamot, honey, spices. Gentle tannins, balanced acidity and pronounced aftertaste.
