Grapes are handpicked early in the morning, transported in small baskets and are then chilled in 8-10 Co in a pneumatic press. Classical white vinification takes place at low temperature fermentation in order to pronounce the varietal aromas of citrus, apple and cinnamon. The wine stays with the fine lees for 4 months.
It has pale straw yellow color with soft greenish tints. Fresh bouquet with notes of white flowers and green apple. Fresh, delicate palate, a moderate body, with notes of green apple on the finish.

Easily combined with fish, oysters, pork with leek, chicken baked in the oven, white pasta, salad and cheese.
