Grapes are handpicked early in the morning, transported in small baskets and are then chilled in 8-10 CO in a pneumatic press. White vinification with Indigenous yeasts takes place at low temperature fermentation, in order to pronounce the varietal aromas of citrus, apple and cinnamon. The wine stays with the fine lees for 6 months.
It has pale straw yellow color with soft greenish tints and a persistent brilliant perlage. Fresh bouquet with notes of white flowers and green apple. Fine, stony, delicate palate, a moderate body, with notes of cinnamon at the finish.
