Grapes are handpicked early in the morning, transported in small baskets and are then chilled in 8-10 oC in a pneumatic press. Classical white vinification takes place at low temperature fermentation in order to pronounce the varietal aromas of citrus and white flowers.

Golden yellow color with greenish tints. Impressive aromas of citrus, apple, pear, citrus, melon and white peaches. The few residual sugar give a soft and full-bodied taste. Round and fruity, with aromatic harmony and balanced acidity.
