A special blend, complex and aromatic, made out of the marriage of three varieties cultivated in Epirus.
This is characterized by a rich aroma, great aging potential and a unique finesse.

Cabernet Sauvignon – the first fortnight of October Vlachiko and Bekari – the first fortnight of October
Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature of the grape mass. The alcoholic fermentation starts with the addition of selected fungi in stainless steel tanks. Aged for at least a year in French and American oak barrels.
Ruby red color with some highlights of the roof tile. A special blend is aged in French and American barrels. Aromas of red and black berries such as blackberries, sour cherries, plums, spices. Full bodied with a long aftertaste and a great aging potential.
