A special blend of the variety Agiorgitiko with indigenous Epirotic varieties, Vlachiko & Μπεκάρι.
Marrying these varieties creates an interesting aromatic bouquet on the nose and an intense complexity in the mouth.

Dates of vintage

Vlachiko & Bekari – first fortnight of October, Agiorgitiko- end of September.

Vinification / Maturation

Pre-fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Long extraction times at a higher temperatures. The varieties are vinified separately and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Ruby red color. Intense aromas of red berries, wild berries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries. Velvety taste in the mouth with well-balanced tannins.
