A special blend of the co- vinification of the variety Agiorgitiko with other indigenous varieties such as Vlachiko and Bekari. Rich and ripe with robust tannins. Intense aromas in the mouth, round with a long aftertaste and a sweet finish.

Dates of vintage

Vlachiko & Bekari – first fortnight of October, Agiorgitiko at the end of September.

Vinification / Maturation

Pre-fermentation extraction of the grape mass for 8h at 10 οC. Selected yeast addition to start the fermentation. The varieties are vinified separately and in the end a final blend is produced, which matures in stainless steel tanks before its bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics

Deep purple color. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit, wild berries and cherries. The balance of tannins gives a velvety mouthfeel while the other, residual sugars a soft and sweet aftertaste.
