In Zitsa, the production of sparkling & semi- sparkling wines is a local tradition. Rosé wine Aurelia comes from the combination of three indigenous varieties of the region.
Lively and elegant, with rich bubbles in the mouth, it won from the beginning with its special character even the most demanding Connoisseurs.

Debina – end of September, Vlachiko & Bekari – the first fortnight of October
Co- vinification and fermentation of varieties at low temperature. Short maturation on fine lees. Second alcoholic fermentation to autoclaved tanks (methode Charmat) under controlled conditions, where the sparkling is produced naturally.
Lively, rosy color with intense and fresh aromas of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry and freshly mushrooms. In the mouth is spicy, with exuberant notes of spices. The abundant bubbles give a cool and youthful character.
