A white, semi-dry wine produced by varieties that thrive in Epirus vineyard, the specifics features of which is shaped by the soil and the climate of the area, which is characterized by mild winters and cool summers.

Debina 50% Malaguzia, Kolokithas, Fraulia 50%

VINEYARDS:

Debina Zitsa (Monastery 700 m.), Kolokithas, Fraulia (Raches, Kanellodromos, 600 m.)
Debina – end of September until mid- October
Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature. The varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and short maturation on fine lees.
Golden yellow color with greenish tinges. Impressive aromas of citrus, apple, pear, citrus, melon and white peach. The only few residual sugars give a soft and mellow taste. Round and fruity, with a harmony of aromatic intensities and a balanced acidity.
