Pre-fermentation extraction of colors and aromas. Pressure is then applied in a pneumatic press, in order to clarify the juice and then fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 13-16 C. The wine stays with the fine lees for three months.
Rose colour. Aromas of red fruit, mushroom and pepper. The few residual sugar gives a soft and full-bodied taste. Round and fruity, with aromatic harmony and balanced acidity.

Served at 10-12ο C
Easily combined with seafood, barley with shrimps, Italian, Mexican and Asian cuisine.
