After the pressing of the grapes, the first alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel cooling tanks. The second fermentation is done in airtight stainless-steel tanks (charmat method). Maturation with lees for 3 months for extra complexity.
Brilliant gold yellow color. Aromas of citrus, citrus fruits, pear, apple and notes of white peach. Natural bubbling, acidity, freshness and fruity aftertaste.
