Grapes are handpicked early in the morning, transported in small baskets and are then chilled in 8-10oC in a pneumatic press. The vinification takes place at low temperature.
It has a vivid rose colour with aromas of red fruits and hints of spices. Strong flavor, discreet presence of tannins, characteristic acidity and aromatic duration.

Easily combined with pasta, mushroom risotto, burger.
